The team member asked me an open ended question on why wouldnt you replace a conventional spring with a plastic spring?

Mix of personal background questions and experience then moving on to more technical questions, nothing unreasonable but was it was difficult to judge level of detail they were looking for. As time went on I struggled to answer even more basic questions due to how uncomfortable I was.
