Q: Explain how an electric motor works, its components, and how it transmits a force into work. Q: Explain the losses from a current through a conductor Q: Explain the otto cycle (4 stroke), and what happens thermodynamically in the combustion stroke.
The round one written test is pretty tough. Few questions were related to quality standards followed by certain machine parts.
Fluid Machines was the main topic discussed. components that go into maufacturing of turbo machinery(especially pumps and turbines) such as pistons, bearings, their operating characteristics etc. in the aptitude test, most of the questions were related to production technology and manufacturing engineering
