I always hate the "What is your worst trait/ quality?" question. I know it is some kind of psyc 101, H.R, tell me about your inner child kind of question that can determine if you truly have the character trait / flaw that will allow you to do customer service and be yelled at for 8 hours a day, But really guys, Cant we come up with something new ?
