Basic question of how you handle difficult situations with members and co-workers. How you would describe yourself. What are your strenghts and weaknesses. How do you handle stress. Pretty typical questions on your personality and how you handle yourself with multi-tasking, etcetera.
The questions were not difficult. The manager interviewing me knew I did not have previous banking experience and asked me situational questions based on my past experience. The questions were fairly easy and as long as you have job experience you will be able to think of situations you encountered to answer the questions.

Experience with selling products
Mostly behavioral questions, how comfortable you would feel giving bad news, how would you handle someone being upset, etc.
