They REALLY want someone who knows Retail Link, despite that its not posted in their job description/requirements. They are not looking to train candidates. You can have all the experience in the world, but if you don't know this program, they will not hire you. The interviewer's enthusiasm is gone the moment they learn that you don't know Retail Link. That information should be posted in the job description prior to keep recruiters and candidates from wasting each other's time.
