This may sound silly, but in my opinion the hardest question I can remember is one asking about what character I most relate to.
They asked me about my background and about my familiartiy working/negotiating with municipalities and city officials in Mexico and abroad. They tested my specific knowledge on the area of expertise I was about to join by asking about examples or similar projects I had participated before. the interview was in Spanish.
Dealing with the incessant phone calls and lack of understanding their thick accents. Also they lack the understanding of what qualifies a candidate for a position.
