Answering about diversity because I think it is unfair that people of color and/or other races feel they can just be hired because he or she is black or Spanish. Plus, I don't give a crap about diversity, it has nothing to do with me.
One of the trickiest questions is when they ask the situation question - explain a certain time when you had to --- and how you handled it. You should think on your feet and answer without thinking for too long. Sometimes they ask how you would describe their clothing and it really tests you on how well you know the company.
