Three phone interviews, a QA skills assessment exam, and a 2.5 hour in-person interview, all over the course of a 2 month period. Became familiar with everyone I talked to and was told I did very well over the course of the interview. Was sent an automated email 3 days after the in-person that said the typical "We enjoyed your time but have decided to pursue other candidates. Please apply for other jobs you are interested in". Applied for another job and was sent the automated "We enjoyed your time but have decided to pursue other candidates. Please apply for other jobs you are interested in". The company is probably great to work for but the way I was rejected was incredibly unprofessional. I prepared tremendously for this job and the respective interviews, just to be told no by a computer. I decided I did not want to work for and with people that conduct themselves in that manner. Hopefully this helps prepare anyone looking for employment with this company.
