I applied for the nCino University class to prepare for my Salesforce Admin certificaiton. After completing my Dev and Admin cert I reached out to the teachers and recruiters via email and scheduled and interview. The process took about 2 months. The interview itself was quite casual and about seeing if I was a good fit for the culture as well as if I was qualified and had the right attitude.

I was interviewed by a diverse group who were down to earth and made me feel like we were having a conversation rather than a stuffy typical interview. The length of the interview was perfect - not too short, not too long. I was nervous but the panel put me at ease very quickly.

Question 1
Describe a time you faced a difficult situation at a previous employer. How did you feel, how did you react, and did you learn any lessons?
Remote panel interview. Easy to understand. Multiple technology tests and submissions. Very complicated for a low paying job. This was on top of 3x phone screenings. Total time took about 40 hours.

Awesome experience. Took an initial technical assessment, and was notified with an invitation to interview on site a few weeks later. Interview process was very smooth, and they really want you to do well. If you fit with their culture, you will get a position here. They want motivated, and inspired employees.
