Applied online, there was a one way video interview, hiring manager interview and interview with the Chief Data Officer. While I didn't get an offer I will say that the entire process was a breath of fresh air. At all times there was transparency, responsiveness and a very professional approach to the process. On my second interview even the receptionist took time to welcome me back. Both face to face interviews were very interactive and both interviewers went out of their way to explain the role and challenges and made sure to answer any questions I had as thoroughly as possible. I would highly recommend a lot of other employers take a leaf out of NBKC's book when it comes to treating candidates through an interview process.
