They just asked do you know this and that and do you have experience with Putty, Meraki, UPS, Azure, firewalls, a yes or no closed ended question and not digging any further and situational questions like what was the nastiest (yes emphasis on nasty) you did on your previous role etc.

The phone interview went ok for the most part.. Typical interview questions. The only question that caught me off guard was "In your spare time, how do you stay current with today's changing technologies?"
