You seem to have changed companies every year, is it? (This was not correct question to ask since the resume clearly showed that I spent 2+ years in most of the companies) Interviewer: You have not mentioned the Model numbers like Cisco 6013? I thought was absolutely unnecessary question. If interviewer had questions about the knowledge level of CIsco switches, he would have asked further questions but he did not. Interviewer: How many server were there in your network. About 5000, Interviewer: are you sure? Yes it was a compute farm. What did you do in network Operations in TI? Managed the TI Enterprise network of more than 25 worldwide offices. No, what did you do in XYZ company in Network Operations, as to whom did you report to and what was your designation? I explained him again but he interrupted me, "If I were to recruit you then I need to understand what was your role" I stopped the interviewer and walked out. He was not interested in hiring.
