However, the questions were not standard ones I have received from any other healthcare company. We just discussed business. Their method of "getting to know" me was much appreciated. They want you to be happy and sure that you want to work for them and vice versa and the best way to do that is to get to know someone through conversation. It really was the most relevant interview I've had as a salesperson.
