In general questions don't get too much in details but wide knowledge is required. Server infrastructures, networking, virtualization, security, VoIP...
Why are you interested in this position? (This is a trick question... don't fall for it. They have an expected answer, which is something along the lines of blowing sunshine about how unique their product is and how awesome it would be to work on it.)
A user calls you and says that they have deleted a file, and needs it to be recovered. What do you do?
You are working with a vendor in Australia. The system you are working on together goes down. The vendor says they have never seen anything like this before. How would you handle this situation?
