As abeginning nurse, no real technical questions. Reliability, and availability was important to the interview process.
Three questions: "Tell me about yourself" and "how do you deal with conflict with a co-worker," and "Tell me about a time when you had a project to complete and how you handled it"
Could I start working immediately, the next day. I had expected them to ask me to start working the next month.
How will you feel about cleaning someone up that has messed all over themselves.
