Why do I like Long Term Care so much?
The main thing the owner asked was why have you not stayed in any job for longer than ten years? Kept saying nurses need to learn to stay at their place of work and not leave. Hindsight tells me he was anxious about staff leaving as their turnover rate was unlike any I have ever seen
