The team was more focused on my attitude and approach to daily challenges, patient experience and quality measures. They valued my nursing experience but it was very apparent they were hiring folks with the right attitude.
How do you find information you don't have
I honestly don't remember too many questions they asked me -- just about my career goals, what makes me unique as a nurse, etc.
