Tell me about a time when things were going wrong and how you dealt with that situation.
The recruiter asked why I wanted to work at the hospital, then asked what I did at my previous job, followed by telling me I didn’t qualify because I don’t have previous hospital experience. It didn’t state that as a requirement when I applied, also they knew this prior to scheduling the interview. This is the second negative experience I’ve had interviewing with AHN, so this is not the place for me. Good luck to everyone else
