At first you think it went great and that they will have you in for an in-person interview, especially after they tell you you are one of the 3 that have been narrowed down, but after the rejection letter you remember the phone interview and realize that not only did they not pay attention to your responses. They only seemed interested in how the current position would influence the position I applied for and seemed extremely condescending as if I do not have several degrees and real world experiece
