Why is it important for you to be a "insert job title here." SERIOUSLY? WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THAT??? This was just the tip of the iceberg about how dumb and irrelevant the questions were. Either the answers were on the resume or she should have asked questions, you know, about the actual job!?!? I mean, I answered the question, but when you've been on as many interviews as I have, you shouldn't make the person have to dance around and think. Make them comfortable for goodness sake.
