Talked about how the person in the position, currently, was "older".... Lots of discriminating talk with alluding to not having a "diverse" employee population because "they" just were not available for the types of jobs they had.
Difficult relationship and how you repaired it. Challenging project and how you managed it. Describe a time when you failed and how you felt, what you did to adjust. Describe a time you went out of your way for a customer. Also Why Edward Jones and this position? Did not ask: Tell me about yourself. What are your weaknesses?
What kind of enviornment do you enjoy working in?
The day before the day before yesterday is three days after Saturday. What day is it today?
There were no difficult or unexpected questions. It was a straightforward, exhausting interview.
