What do you look for in a supervisor?
1. Describe your work experience? 2. What are some of the most important values for you within company culture? 3. Describe a situation where you needed to problem solve or did not see eye to eye with a teammate/manager/collaborator etc and how you went about solving it? All questions were very relevant to the role and purposeful. They made you think and it showed a lot of thought/care in their hiring process, as they did not seemed concerned with just filling in the headcount but actually looking for a great fit for the role and agency.

My accomplishments, the rest of this is just to get this finished. being required to put in a review for a job i am no longer at is kind of weird.
