Why did I want to work for the company and why should I be chosen of all of their applicants.
I was asked about my experience managing projects and how I keep track of and prioritize assignments. I was asked how the enterprise could support me in continued learning. The test assignment was to craft a communication coming from the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion on adding pronouns to email signatures and provide explanation of why this is important.
What interests you about insurance?
None. It was all small talk, which was a dead give-away that I wasn't being considered for the position, in addition to comments like, "all employee referrals get an interview".
