REALLY!? Note to recruiters of companies OR professional recruiters. This is a common question asked by potential hires. YOU called US! Not US called YOU. We put OUR resumes to SELL ourselves just like you are trying to sell your company to US. You are right, I'll stay at my job that pays $55K with full benefits, since you couldn't fill me in with the details. Learn your script and expect the unexpected questions like "I make this much, what can you offer" and answer with honesty. Nice try and recruiting me for a SALES job.
