ooma interview questions

I was contacted 2 months after applying to the confidential opportunity via LinkedIn. I received an acknowledgment of the time delay and an option to have a phone interview or an in person interview with the VP of the department. In the next week I met with the VP. We discussed my background and experience at startups and Fortner 500 companies. The ratio of talking was 75% him and 25% me as he explained the role and shared about the company and their current customer acquisition channels. The interview ended within 45 minutes and next steps were to meet with the Director that was returning out of the country after the holidays. I sent a thank you email and a follow up the following week to confirm next steps. I received no reply.

1) Test task (success) 2) Interview with Team Lead (success) 3) Interview with Vice Precident (fail) I had a lot of experience programming in C ++ and I coped with the test task, but it turned out that they needed a stronger programmer (at step 3)
