Again, I was asked (3x) about the level of certainty that all of my credentials were in order, to ensure they could get me started by the date I requested (I quit Banner, as a OR, Nurse Sup, to work in the same role, encompassing the same responsibilities, at a better facility - although I still like Banner - just not as much! :) - and for $8/hr more, and that was only my first 13 weeks; now I make $14.24/hr more!! Woooohooo ladies!!! :):)
