What was the goal for the current store I was employed at. What did I sell the year prior. What operational duties did I perform.
They will ask first HR round, then technical round, but then they bring a junior staff for the next technical round and ask you all possible technical challenges and solutions. Even in this round, you will be clearly given feedback that you are selected and going for next final round. Suddenly, for no reason, you will hear silence from them and get feedback email from HR that you performed really well but they are now not proceeding further coz the last round they dint find concrete response from candidate. How is it possible????????????? A BIG DOUBT, EITHER THE JUNIOR PERSON had lack of subject knowledge and might give bad review or hesitant to accept senior candidate in a team as a threat.In both case, its a loss to company and that potential candidate. A senior manager present in interview should not allow junior officer (1.5 Yrs) to provide feedback on seasonal experienced (more than 15 years) candidates. its a common sense and HR should take a note of it.
