A logic assessment was required; 20 minutes to solve 15 puzzles. This was an IQ test type assessment of review series of images (as many as 8) and selecting the missing image. I've taken military intelligence and Mensa tests that were vastly less difficult than this assessment.
They asked general questions, first for you to introduce your self. The reason you leave last job, what's your strength to be in this role.
Are you available to work late into the night? Their peak times are late night hours so you'll need to be able to balance working normal office hours in addition to late night hours. (Another red flag for anyone looking for work-life balance.)
