Initial interviews were questions I expected given the role I was applying for. Experience, Have you encountered this/that before. Final interview I was asked technical questions that were not listed in the job description or even implied that it would be good to know for the role.
How many years do you have of direct line management of CRAs?
Q: What was one thing that they asked you? How would you prepare to make a supervised visit on site with a CRA? I went through a list of items I would review the protocol, review the status of the sites outstanding queries, previous visit reports, SAE'e etc. On site I would evaluate the CRA's preparation, organization and interactions with the site staff. Other details regarding specifics of what I would review and observe at the site.
