The interview was over a year ago, so I don't remember specifically. They asked "tell me about a time..." questions for different scenarios, and you have to answer about a time you handled each situation well, and each situation poorly. The preliminary phone interview mostly went over skills and was about matching up your skills with the position you applied for.
