Lawyers want paralegals who can excel in a fast-paced environment and are organized and efficient when conducting research for large legal cases. Expect to answer questions about your previous legal experience as well as your ability to prioritize tasks with competing deadlines.
They asked me about my career goals and we discussed my potential options. My interview was with Ann Reiling and she was very helpful. She set me up with several interviews and while I did not end up getting a job through Ford, they were a pleasure to work with.
