Type of questions: tell of a time when dealing with unhappy customer and how you dealt/resolved situation, how do you go about resolving an issue if you do not know how to go about getting it taken care of.
Just two of the questions, not necessarily the most difficult: "Tell us your ideal work schedule." and "Though you don't have to have merchandizing experience to get this job, tell us about any experience you have had if applicable"
Most difficult question was probably describe a time you had an issue with another worker.
Basically, This is a job about having common sense and you can be trained for it. I think they are looking for people with good personalities and the ability to present themselves well and use common sense. i really felt comfortable with the woman I interviewed with and I think they are looking for people with some personality and people skills. I am excited to get started soon.
