Case #1: Please write a response to this instructor and deny this feature request. Please note that most of our courses have several thousand learners per session. In the current design of Coursera’s peer assessments, learners need to submit a response and evaluate submissions from their peers to pass the course. I would like to create an assignment where learners respond to a question, but the evaluations are conducted by staff only as I am concerned about the evaluation quality from online learners. In other words, a learner in my course makes a submission, but evaluations need not be submitted as they're handled by professionals. I already hired two TAs who will be conducting the evaluations for all of the learners. Please let me know how to set up my course so that I have this functionality.
