Process has 5 interviews: 1) HR around: tell me about your self, conflicts, high/lows of life sort of question 2) Director round: Behavioural around, How do you manage a difficult partner etc 3) Case study (just send you a case study without taking any follow up questions) 4) Meet the team 5) Hr + Manager round They should have an elimination round for every step else, you get vested into the process for long. In the feedback they mentioned it was majorly because of case round that I was rejected and yet they took two rounds after this.

Partnerships are divided into multiple verticals. The one that I was interviewed was for banking partnerships. I was given a situation where targets for hotel bookings are not being met by 200 room bookings everyday on an average. as a partnerships manager, how can i make sure that the target is met leveraging our banking partnerships.
