Q. In 4th Round, Case Study on how you would launch a category on their platform?
There were 6-7 interviews in total, each focusing on different aspects of my experience or relevant skillset in relation to the role. A few questions I recall include: "Tell me about a time when you had to provide feedback to an account that was underperforming?", "How would you describe your management style?", and "What attracted you to applying at Whatnot?"
Would i be comfortable working in a postion that has no currently defined goals? What is my previous experience related to Business Development?
The manager asked me several times how I was coping with changes in business procedures, which was rather unpleasant. It seemed that he wanted someone who wouldn't talk back and would do what he was told without expressing their own opinion. After this meeting, I received only an automated response saying that they would continue negotiations with a more suitable candidate.
Very standard interview questions such as: Why Apolitical? How do you deal with a breakdown in communication? Explain a time when you were challenged and how you overcame it.
