She asked me a disturbing question, "what year did you graduate college?" Old trick to determine how old someone is. My college degree has nothing to do with administrative position. Very alarming. I had researched and heard that the company does not hire older people so Recruiter's question fit the expectation. I pushed back, she persisted for a graduation year, I gave it up.
