Sent resume via indeed. Didnt hear anything for over a week. I called HR to make sure that my application went through. Recieved a phone call back and scheduled a phone video interview. I passed that and went into the office for 2 hours of meeting managers and sitting with someone. After all that I was sent a thanks but no thanks. I feel there were only 2 reasons I can see why I wasn't hired. I was told I have impressive background and they enjoyed meeting me. So what was wrong? My age or my physical appearance? Was I too old or too fat? I saw not one person that looked older than 35 and I saw no one that was full-figured.
