Why accenture? Why should we hire you? what do you bring? What are you weaknesses and strenghts? actually at AC we had 1) introduce us 2) got a bus.case, the same for all. had 1 hour to answer ànd do the presentation. a presentation should be max 5 mins, but they interrupt you every 5 sec, so you dont manage to finish it. it is 1-2-1 3) team business case. You get 1 hour and you think thats it. But in the middle they give you a letter where says "oophs, a manager wrote you a letter. He will come in 10 mins to check the results. ". Make sure you always speak. Even interrupt and so on... 4) Logical test. you get quite an easy "bus.case" where 2 strategies old and a new one should be compared and you should show the calculation and conclusions. 5) professional interview. Again, you get a short bus.case and 4 questions in there. For ex: a swiss company is not successful. They cut costs, but it doesnt help. How would you analyse the problem, what steps would you take? How would you improve the situation using digitalisation? What concepts of 4P would you use`?
It's been awhile so I don't remember specifics. The interview was more of a casual conversation than an ask a question, check the box interview.
