Pharmaceutical Sales Interview Questions
"When interviewing pharmaceutical sales representatives, employers are looking for candidates with expert sales skills accompanied by a strong knowledge of pharmacology. Expect to answer a mix of technical questions about the uses and effects of different drugs as well as sales questions how you would go about marketing them to doctors. Although not mandatory, receiving certification as a Certified National Pharmaceutical Representative (CNPR) will ensure you walk into interviews with a competitive pharmacological background."

There was nothing unexpected. I have been an interviewer for pharma myself.
What's a negative thing about yourself
Tell me about a time you used a creative approach to a sales opportunity.
Tell me a time and you presented an unfavorable idea and how did you convince your colleagues to go along with that idea? Why Pfizer? Why the specific division you are interviewing for? Why should we hire you? Compare and contrast a time where you were given objections by a Dr vs a time when you had full access to an office where the Dr didn't give you any objections and what were the outcomes of both? Know and understand the culture and be able reference. Good luck!
I see you live on 3rd street. What's your cross street??
What would your peers say or how would they describe you after training?
Tell me about a time when you set a goal for your self, but failed.
