The initial interview is one-on-one with the recruiter. It's rather simple and similar to the panel interview - 5 questions total. You should be familiar with the Pharmacy Manager for the panel interview. You will be asked to tell them about a time when you ... etc, etc.
Tell me about a time in which someone came to you with a problem or concern and you had to resolve the issue and tel me how you did so.
How do you handle a difficult customer?
Think of a situation where you used communication. What was the outcome?
What was the most difficult customer service experience you've had? Who did you get involved, what was the outcome?
Just a basic interview with the regular type questions and getting to know your personality.
