Willingness to travel to multiple centers?
They ask you how you about your experience giving bad news, handling very sick patients, etc, dealing with cancer patients in general. The rest of the interview is pretty standard questions about your experience, being a team player, etc. They do hire a lot of new grads, so if you had a rotation in oncology, ICU or inpatient medicine, you're in great shape.
