I was asked about my practice approach, my willingness to drive to various facilities, to be on time, to document promptly and accurately and about how well I related to facility nurses and staff.
What can you contribute to the goals of this institution?
They surprised me with an on-the-spot critical appraisal and review of a journal article, timed and on camera. I was given an article with the abstract removed like I was a first-year medical student or junior resident and instructed to analyze it while answering written questions using MS Word. I had to do this while the senior editor and interviewer observed me on camera, with her camera off. This actually triggered an issue for which I would have required accommodations under ADA.
