In the first interview questions were predominantly focused on your pre-existing knowledge of Kit and Ace, and broad industry related questions. In return the interviewer offers further insight into their brand, and the role being discussed. The one on one interview questions were more detailed and role specific and focused on previous relatable experience and knowledge of the media landscape. Additionally, here fit within company culture is addressed by the interviewers. There were four interviewers present in the group interview. The questions were more focused on personality and fit, but also touched on previous experience. An interesting question they asked was "In your opinion, is creativity learned or innate?".
