They asked me to run through my resume and explain each component that was of note.
My resume included a list of accomplishments from my previous roles, so I was asked to provide more detail about how I went about achieving these successes. This was especially impressive to me because it indicated that the interviewers had taken time to review my resume, and most importantly, they were focused on how I practically applied my skills to deliver measurable "wins" within my work history.
The challenges I anticipate with the new role if I'm to take it up.
