They asked me to describe an issue/disagreement I had with a coworker, and how I addressed it.

A time you couldn't meet a deadline and what did you do? A time you disagreed with someone? Strengths/weaknesses? What kind of manager do you work best with? Book recommendation? What sections of the store do you usually explore? What do you do for fun, what brings you joy? introvert or extrovert?
The most difficult question was asked on my part to better describe the full range and scope of the position, and how it was supported. They couldn't give an adequate response. Told me it was OJT and better explained if I could "observe" an event as part of the interview process.
