How do you deal with conflict?
Tell me about yourself. Then straightaway jumped to the question on the essay written. Thought it should be more of discussion style but interviewer seems to be having very fixed views on the issues discussed. The view is very limited because you simply cannot dismiss the fact that there are blue collars workers or people who are earning low income who could be struggling in the gig economy. 2-3 weeks after the interview, the grab PMD incident came up which proved that his view could be pretty narrow. Another policy question asked after discussing the interview.
