Before I was asked to go for the interview, I had to do a 2-hour written text regarding matters that had to do with the job I applied for. During the interview I was first asked questions to ascertain my knowledge of the area. Once that was established the interviews became more difficult and were to do with hypothetical situations where they wanted to know how I would deal with the 'clients' of the work, as well as how I would deal with co-workers and workers I had to manage.
