Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
After spending an hour discussing a potential architecture, the interviewer demanded a proposed architecture, despite no providing enough details to give a good answer. Even explaining that there wasn't enough information to provide an answer, the interviewer insisted. Couched with caveats about it being based on not enough data, I provided a proposal and was summarily skewered for doing so.

Questions, at least in my case, were situational questions. e.g. If you run to resistance, or someone not cooperating, or not performing what would you do. Give us a example/situation where you had to e.g. discipline, motivate, give bad news to executives or to an employee? What are principals in project management, Business Consulting etc.. Give us an example of a time when a project was not successful, what were the resons?
