I was interviewed by the manager of the research institute and a postdoctoral fellow who was working there. Both were very polite and extremely professional. Since I was being hired for a research position, I was asked to describe my Ph.D. research, while focusing on the technical challenges that I faced and how I overcame them through proposing and implementing solutions. Some questions were asked about the experimental post-processing methods and how to quantify uncertainty as this is an important part of the research.
