Describe my background.
Questions were hard! This was the most thought provoking interview I'd ever had. I was asked the basics about my experience, I was asked what would I do scenarios, current events, I was asked very specific questions that related to the cruising industry and marketing campaigns.
One question that stuck out to me: If you had a crystal ball and had to put your money on a legacy car company or a company like Tesla, which would you choose?
If you become a part of the PR team and need to source information of competitors in the field, where would you go?
Your previous employer's work culture is completely the opposite of the Deloitte culture. What would you do to work well with others in the Deloitte culture?
What do you like to do for fun? (This isn't a casual question)
- How would you evaluate your performance? I answer it by looking at each task but what the interviewer wanted was to look at it from a bigger perspective, say, the overall success of the company as a whole.
Discussing my communications style and perspective. Making sure my values were in-line with the companies and departments goals, which is actually a great question to ask.
